NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, in the Village of Montebello, New York on the 10th day of November 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of Veolia Water New York, Inc., 162 Old Mill Road, West Nyack, NY 10994 for the addition of a PFAS treatment system for existing Grandview Well Nos. 67/78 located at 270 Grandview Avenue. The Parcel lies on the south side of Grandview Avenue west of Kakiat Court in the Village of Montebello and is shown on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 40.20 Block 1 Lot 7 in the OSR Zone.
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
