ROAD CLOSURE

The New York State Police are currently working a crash scene in the area of 285 Haverstraw Rd (Rt 202) and has the road closed from Mayer Dr to Orchard St in the Village of Suffern.  New York State Police, Orange & Rockland Utilities, and Verizon are all on the scene.   NY State Police state that it could take up to another eight hours until the roadway is reopened.  NYDOT is deploying signs to advise motorists.  The school districts, Fire dispatch, and EMS dispatch have all been advised of the road closure.
