NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a workshop to discuss the application of Montebello Gateway, LLC, 34 North Airmont Road, Montebello, New York, for a 3.5 story medical/office building which is currently before the Board. The Workshop will take place on Monday, July 26, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. at the Senior Center at Village Hall, One Montebello Road, Montebello, NY 10901.
