NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, in the Village of Montebello, New York on the 19th day of November 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of Awad Shibly, owner of 12 Kevin Drive, Montebello, NY which was submitted to the Village of Montebello Zoning Board of Appeals for an area variance for: Setback [req. 5.33 ft, proposed 3 ft] for an eight-foot fence for an existing single-family dwelling. The parcel is located on the south side of Kevin Drive, 663 feet east of Haverstraw Road, and is identified on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 48.08 Block 1 Lot 7 in the RR-50 Zone.
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
