NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, in the Village of Montebello, New York on the 13th day of January, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of Jake Berdugo on behalf of Indian Rock Holdings, 16 Squadron Boulevard, Suite 106, New City, New York 10904 for an amended site plan to install eight (8) level 3 EV chargers at 10 Indian Rock Plaza. The Parcel is located on the north side of Route 59 at the intersection of Hemion Road, and is shown on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 55.10 Block 1 Lot 5.1 in the NS Zone.
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application is available for inspection here
