NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, in the Village of Montebello, New York on the, 18th day of December 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of James Copeland of Hudson Design, 3052 Route 9, Cold Spring, NY 10516, which was submitted to the Village of Montebello Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance for: Side yard [required: 25 feet, provided 5 feet] as per Section 195 Attachment 2, row h, column 8 of the zoning code of the Village of Montebello for a driveway reconfiguration for a single-family dwelling. The parcel is located on the east side of Spook Rock Road, 10 feet north of Topaz Court and is identified on the Ramapo Tax map as Section 49.13 Block 1 Lot 4 in Zone RR-50
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
