Just a friendly reminder that, bears have been spotted roaming throughout the Village. Please make sure you do not leave any food source outside and secure your trash cans until your scheduled pickup. Also, please do not feed the bears!!!! Bears are creatures of habit and will continue to return to a food source.
If you do come see bears on your property, please secure your animals and do not feed or provoke the bear. Contact the Town of Ramapo Police if you feel you are in danger.
